DVD Menus

Hello. I would like to find out if anyone knows of any software that can create great menus, like when you buy a movie DVD and it has the "Play movie",setups,trailers,scene selection, etc. options and the menu has animation and great effects. I use Ulead Movie Factory and although it has some menu features it does not have the features found in most DVD professional made movies. I would wonder if these menus are made by a flash creator program or if there is some other software that exists. Thanks.:confused:
