Hello ! at 1st i really have to admit that this is the best Tut i ever saw in the inet ... really good work !
i have a question :)
i used ac3 sound for my DivX as the calculation went wrong and i got 850MB instead of 1250MB after the 2nd pass ... so i decided to use ac3 instead of MP3 ...
no problem that far but after ripping the AC3 with the help of smartripper the ac3 file is called:
englisch_([0x80]_Audio_English_AC3(6Ch)_48kHz___)_Delay_-80ms.ac3

and i would like to know if the "Delay_-80ms" is a delay i need to respect when i put the sound into the divx ?! or do i simply need to put in the ac3 in nandub via direct streamprocessing and so on ... and a sound delay of 80ms is not much so you dont realise it while watching the movie :(

Yes you certainly want to use the delay value that's in your file name. Type the delay into Nandub's interleave window. Also, please not this in the guides:D

Problem is I don't remember which guide it's in but it's as simple as putting the value from your filename into NanDub. Otherwise, you should really try and use Gknot and it will mux the AC3 right into the AVI for you. Read the new Gknot guide that Doom created, it's very nice.
