Jumpy playback

I just started my encode of the movie and I aborted so i could preview the first few seconds, I noticed that the playback is really jumpy, and my computer is fast enough (1.1gighz) so I must be doing something wrong when I was setting the options in sbc... Any ideas?:confused:

you know it's really hard to tell if you're doing something wrong if you don't post you settings.

try actually finishing encoding or only encode a small selection. i dont know how you watched after aborting (unless divx fix), but sometimes if you dont have a nicely done avi it will stuff up.
