i'm having trouble playing back my divx files. the thing is that when i playback the files the frames drops down to choppynes and back up to 30 fps only at certain parts of teh movie but it seems to be in intervals. Its really annoying me cuz i finally got great picutre quality and i pretty much followed the guide (which i am very graeteful for) here except i set the bitrate to 1200 kbps (but after i'm done encoding i get around 984 kbps.

set the fps as 29.97
can anybody help me?
