file play out of sync

I have recently installed K-Lite codec pack (Full)
When I try yo play some files the video and audio are out of sync.I have tried using TFO codec finder this is the information :-



Video Codec FourCC: XVID
Video Codec: XviD MPEG-4
Codec or Variant Installed?: NO!
Video Width x Height: 624 x 352
Video FPS/Bitrate: 23.976 / 842 kbit/s

Audio Codec: MPEG Layer 3
Audio Bitrate: 128 Kbit/s
Audio Channels: 2 (Stereo)
Audio Samples: 48,000 Hz

can anyone tell me if this is the way I have set up K-Lite or do I need further codecs.I have dowloded Xvid codec 1.1.2 am I missing a codec?

Uninstall K-lite, see if it goes away. You already have Xvid, so the files should play fine.

Hi!When I try yo play some files the video and audio are out of sync.1) Are the problematic files all of the same video and audio formats? If so, what are those formats? Are there others that play properly?

2) What player are you using for playback? Have you tried using a different player?

3) Load one of the problematic videos into GSpot and post a screen capture back here
