question for xman3 BD re

1.use xport demux
xport -h 00002.m2ts 1 1 1,xport give me a .mpv file(H.264)

2.use which tools to x264?
can use this avs like vc-1 to x264?
DirectShowSource ("C:\Path_to\Filename.grf",video=true,audio=false,fps=23.976,framecount=NNNNNN,seek=true,seekzero=false)
ConvertToYV12 ()
Crop (0,N,0,-N)

but have a question,vc-1 video stream framecount can find on EVODemux,which tools can help me for get BD video stream(H.264) framecount?
