Hi,
I'm converting a .RMVB (512x384, 25.00fps) to .MPG (VCD) with TMPGEnc.
Here's the input:
Video type: Non-Interlaced
Aspect ratio: 4:3 525 line (NTSC)
Filters - Clip Frame:
Top: 24
Bottom: 57
Arrange method: Full Screen
Final Video resolution: 352 X 240
The result (tested with PowerDVD 6):

After using TMPGEnc DVD Author... I burn it to DVD-RW to test with my DVD Player (TV).
Here is the result (watching on TV):

When testing it with PowerDVD, the aspect of the video is normal (same as after converting RMVB to MPG), but when I watch it on TV, the aspect is not the same - cut off on Top and Bottom.
I would like to know how to keep the same aspect when playing on PC (PowerDVD) and TV? What option should I choose when converting/authoring?
Thank you.
