Hi..
i want to convert a DVD9 to a DVD5 with all the content included ,i dont wanna lost anithing.
how can i do that ?
or what is the best way to convert a DVD9 to a DVD5 ,note : just in one media (DVD).
I have a DVD9 in 1 disc , and other DVD9 in 2 discs ,disc1 and disc2.
two diferente processes i think!
note :The stuff is on my HDD

you can use dvd shrink you will lose some quality in the compression from 9gigs to 5 gigs, there are other programs that will do this also look on the download page

but how do i do that ,when i have disc1 ,disc2 with two diferent *.vobs..2 main filmes in each Disc

the only way i have done something like this in the past was using nero vision, i never did it with any freeware programs before, sorry i couldnt be more helpful

You can use DVDFab Platinum, DVDRemake Pro .both not free but reasonable and they work great IMO..

lots of work and time consuming but it works... I'd try the commercial ones as they are much much easier to use......JM2cents.....
BTW I've used the same guide on flippers as well as 2 disk set backups, and yes it works.....
