Color correction when converting DVD to XviD

Hi

I use MeGUI for making XviD backups of my DVD's. When I create Avisynth script in this program (Tools>AviSynth Script Creator) I have option to add color correction to the script. When I check the box I have the following line added to the script:

ColorMatrix(hints=true)

Is it really worth using this color correction for DVD backups?

That's up to you. The difference in any case is small, but some people can't stand having incorrect levels.

I generally do it, but it's not that big of a deal. Do it if you want :)
