Hello,
Since Intervideo and Cyberlink removed the snapshot feature in their WinDVD and PowerDVD, does anybody know how to make snapshot of Blu-Ray and HD-DVD movies ? I will really like to make snapshots of the interactive menus and movies to make some comparisons between Blu-Ray and HD-DVD image quality.
Thanks for your help.

Hi!
Have you tried turning OFF "hardware acceleration" and then pressing "Alt" and "Printscreen" simultaneously?

Yeah, I've just tried, and it doesn't function, either with PowerDVD ou WinDVD...
Do you know another solution ? Cause I've been around many website, and no one seems to have the solution or a software which allow to do this.
Thx

you could try screenhunter from here http://www.wisdom-soft.com/products/screenhunter.htm
or the free trial of camtasia here [URL="http://www.techsmith.com[/URL]. These just allow you to take a snapshot of anything on your screen so maybe they arent quite what you are looking for but hopefully it helps.

Well, they don't allow you to take snapshots on the new hd formats on purpose. Another copy protection method.
