Anyone have experience with Scenarist HDMV?

watching blue ray menu's I see that they can gradually fade in and not just pop up abruptly, also they can gradually come up from below. I know there is the IG effects function, but it appears that it will only do one graphic, not the whole menu. Anyone have experience working with this effect/function?
