Hello all,
I'm experiencing some problems with a few complicated discs. During playback on my stand-alone the audio occasionally drops for a few seconds throughout the movie. This problem does not occur during playback on my computer, I known it’s not a good comparison but just to let you know the audio is there.
I mentioned these discs are extra complicated because they all have ILVU cells. For example Aliens R2 and K19 R2. Looking at the IFO files the audio drops don’t occur at the cell boundaries, my first guess was they were related to the cell joints. So I think there’s something wrong in the nav-packs but i know very little about the vob file format.
I always remove the unwanted ILVU parts using DvdReMake Pro. After processing the disc with DRM I use DVD-RB Pro for reducing the output size.
Can the problem be related to DVD-RB or is it more likely it’s caused by DRM? And also what can be wrong in the vob files so I can give more detailed information on the DRM board.
For the record I’m only using legal software which I’ve purchased for DVD-RB and DRM.
Thanks
