"File is not a valid .d2v project, avi or avs file!"

i have a 1080i.ts file, i opened it with DGMPGDec 1.4.9 Beta 17, what do i need to do to be able to use it in Gordian Knot 0.35? i chose save project (f4) but when i try to load the .d2v file with DGIndex i get the error:

"File is not a valid .d2v project, avi or avs file!"

Please can somebody help.

edit: figured it out, i pointed to the new dir for dgindex for gk to use, but didnt close gk down and restart it.
