Hi,

I get an error with WMP 11 (shown in the attached picture) once I want to play a video from the web. This happens on my PC.
If I use my laptop, where I have also WMP 11 installed, I get no problem.

Can you help me to trace the problem in my PC?

It looks like your installation wasnt completed...

Have you tried to uninstall and redo it??

Good advice,
but what about if it is WMP11 from Vista? Quite complicated, as I cannot play WMVHD in my Vista. And is not have reinstall facilities also, seems have to reformat or else.

Hi!

A silly question, perhaps, but did you, as instructed, try rebooting? (Or click on the "More help" radiobutton?)
