The FLV container itself (packet structure) is very lightweight and doesn't provide means for signalling aspect ratio. This is usually to be accessed in the elementary stream layer.

So is there any solution for signalling aspect ratio via elementary stream layer in FLV. Which program?
Any solution is acceptable, but it has to be without re-encoding.
