DVD-Cloner 4 Questions

Under the advanced setup it asks for the d5 disc size. The default is set to 4300%. I'm using memorex 4.7 gb disc should I change the size to 4700% for better quality? Also, I'm burning without the menus/ special features now because the quality looked like shit. I have the read speed on med/ and burn on high this was the default. Trying to get the sharpest picture. Just wondering if it's my cheap dvds that are the problem or if its the burner itself. Playback is fine on all the dvds just the quality looks somewhere barely above vhs.

Leave it at default or even a little less and lose the memorex. Problems are more likely to arise at the end of the burn where the dvd may not be perfect and memorex are about the worst to find that problem.
