View Full Version : Menu Transition Problems

I've got a Google Earth sequence that I've made into a couple of menus. The DVD intro is a fly-in to an airport in the US. The main menu is actually just a single frame. The problem is that the frame and the intro don't match in size. I've tried using ProCoder to make an image sequence and grabbed the last frame. I've tried both 720x480 and 720x486, but the last frame in the intro doesn't match the frame used as the main menu. I'm about to pull my hair out because I don't think it would be that difficult, but I'm at a loss. Is it something in Scenarist or what?
Thanks!

Hi merlin001!
Resize the last frame to 720x540 or to 656x480.
I'm interested which one fits better.

Resize the last frame to 720x540 or to 656x480.
I'll try, but this is an NTSC project. I'll let you know if either works.

What parameters has your initial sequence - Frame size, FPS, compression?

I usually use VirtualDubMod for saving any frame from MPEG2 as a still picture (Video>Snapshot source frame). Perhaps, Procoder made wrong frame size coversion?

What I wound up doing was taking a snapshot with PowerDVD and importing that back into Scenarist for the whole thing. It's a pain in the butt, but it works.
