How to enable deblocking in XVID?

Hi,
yesterday I read the MSU subjective comparison of modern video codecs (http://www.compression.ru/video/codec_comparison/subjective_codecs_comparison_en.html), and they gave XVID the lowest score, stating the disabled by default deblocking option in xvid for the crappy score ( it was lower than divx ), so my question is, how do you enable that deblock feature in XVID?

Start menu -> Xvid -> Decoder Configuration, post-processing slider. The first four stops are deblocking, the last two heavier denoising (deringing). This control panel can also be accessed in the filters menu of most non-WMP players.
