Hi all!
I have .sup file from The Mummy HD-DVD
And with help SUPRead i have .sst and .bmp's.
Now, i'm trying to import subs to my Scenarist SCA, but...
After editing sst file to Scenarist3.x my SCA IMPORT subs. But in 4-color mode. Why? Anyboby know how to import 256-color subs into Scenarist SCA?
Thanks!

If you want to import 256-color subpictures,
should be a *.scn-sst,not *.sst.
Sample script:
=============================================
st_format 4
SubTitle subtitle_20
Display_Start Non_Forced
TV_Type NTSC
Tape_Type Non_Drop
Pixel_Area (2 719)
Display_Area (0 2 1279 719)
Output_Bit_Depth 8
directory C:\sub\
#########################################
SP_NUMBER START END FILE_NAME
1 00:00:03:02 00:00:04:14 00000001.png
2 00:00:04:14 00:00:05:06 00000002.png

I tryed this script, but in older versions of Scenarist 4 this script was rejected.
In version 4.12 is all right!

I remember reading somewhere on the web that after the latest firmware update Toshiba players will refuse to play HD DVD content if the media is "homemade" (aka DVD5 or DVD9).

There is no probs with DVD5/9 disks after FW update.
Problems with SCA image creation. DVD5/9/HDDVD - IMAGE file, created by SCA is unworkable. Files putted into image file sorted as ".......". We need to edit IFO files for project working right. If anyboty can learn @what is problems@ and write software for IFO correcting this will be fine :)

Your disk is playable on Toshiba hardware players?
What Scenarist version?
