oversized dvd output

so i've been trying to back up a dvd with rebuilder and procoder 2 and everytime it comes out around 5.5 GB..ive tried it several times and its the same..its a dvd that i joined many titles in dvd shrink (like tv shows) and i ran it through fix vts and everything..can anyone help? here's my rebuilder.ini if that helps..

Sorry, but the preprocessing makes it suspect. I don't see anything unusual about the INI file. Can you capture a listing of the source directory and post it?

wow i feel like an idiot..where is that output.txt file? i can't seen to find it.......also i dont kno if this has anything to do with it but when i run it through the free dvd rebuilder version in the preview thing that they have in procoder the picture is stretched out vertically and the outcome is the movie in the middle of a black screen? i dunno if that makes sense i dont kno how to explain it..but when i run it through the pro version the video is normal but obviously the output is oversized

ok i guess it was just for that movie..when i tried another movie the output was perfect..weird..oh i have another problem..i tried to run a movie through procoder 2 & the dvd rebuilder pro on my desktop and it came out fine, but when i ran the exact same movie through the dvd rebuilder free version with the same settings on my laptop the movie was all distorted and elongated and everything was stretched vertically with 2 black frames on the side..how can i fix this?

oh and i might add that when i use the HC encoder(w/ the free dvd rebuilder) the video is normal..and also if i do use procoder i tried doing to resize halfd1 to all titles and that way the video also turned out normal..how can i keep everything normal and have it coming out right with procoder like my other movies?
