MPC slow on ini settings

Happened to uncheck the 'save settings to ini file' option and now MPC is much much speedier on program start and close.
It used to lag at those and its such a let down at htose times.

So the saving to/reading from ini is flawed?
Does the settings save to registry now?

Yes, it's an old MFC bug. Someone has to write a patch to get useful ini performance, I keep meaning to, but no time between things.
