xvid without rundll

I have a "kiosk" machine that cannot allow rundll.exe to be loaded.
Is there any way to play xvid files without rundll ever being run?

There are stand-allone players that have XviD-support "builid in". If i remember correctly VLC and MPlayer classic are examples of those. A player like that would cirumvent you problem.
