Hi all of you. I've been reading here for almost 2 years but it's my first post. I want to thank all you guys for great help. Sorry my english not very good. Since i updated imgburn to 2.3.0.0 i burnt SL with no problem but today i tried Verb DL with my 2 drives lg h22L and pio 111L and every time i get a message (Burnthread Runtime Exception
Message= EAccess Violation) When i click O.K. An another message open saying
( Access Violation at address 005AD72B in module Image Burn.exe Read of address 00000064) and this message never stops opening one after the other. I have to use Ctrl,Alt,Delete to stop it. My FW are up to date. Thanks.
So i uninstalled dvd decrypter and imgburn 2.3.0.0 and installed it again same problem occured. uninstalled again then installed imgburn 2.2.0.0 and everething is O.K.

I am looking into this.
To be honest, I'm not really sure how it happened!
If you have any more info as to when exactly this message appears - i.e. at the start of the burn, during the burn, at the end of it - please let me know.
Also, if you happened to save the log (manually) or notice what was said in the status bar, it'll help me pin point the problem.
I'm burning one right this minute (using Build mode) and it's ok so far.

It gives me the message just after i click O.K. in the last window for the layer break. No more log I uninstalled version 2.3.0.0. Another thing it locks the drive and I have to reboot. Also when i first installed this weekend something happened with dvd decrypter because it would'nt open when i used ripitfme.

So you had the layerbreak window come up, selected your LB position and then hit 'ok' - then it errored out?
Normally you'd get the image details box coming up after that. Have you disabled it in the settings?
Oh and did the error keep popping up every second?

I meant the window just before it start burning, and the window kept poping out like you said every second, I could not stop it. Did you find the problem.

No, I've not as yet been able to locate the source of the problem.
I had another user report the same thing a few days ago and wanted to check if you had the exact same symptoms.

I downloaded zip imgburn from a french site because i don't have access to your site, may be something is corrupted. I'll try from another site. Thanks

Exact same issue as with me LUK at the exact same place. After selecting the LB and getting into the burn dialogue. It comes up with the info OK (label, bytes etc). Hit OK and trouble starts. Only for DLs I think.

Ah, well, I had a bit of a break through earlier!
I asked corny to try it because I was unable to reproduce it on my PC's.
He got the error straight away and was able to get me a decent screenshot.
I now know exactly where to look and will fix it just as soon as I've reinstalled my PC - I had to do a little hardware/drive upgrade.
btw blu, you were the 'other user' mentioned in post 6 ;)

I figured. Until Big Barn confirmed, there was a chance it was just my PC, cos it has been a bit dodgy lately.
Let's hope it's not too hard to fix.
