What programs will multiplex .mpv and .ac3 back to a vob

Im trying to make a minidvd. I rempegd my vob, but when I use ifoedit to remux it plays fine on my pc. My dvd player wont play sound. I used Quickbuilder to remux and my video gets out of synch (video gets ahead of the audio and video isnt smooth). Im trying to find better software then Quickbuilder.

most DVD authoring programs can do the muxing.. however, there's no free fully working demos as for dvdqb... check my miniDVD guides to see what each app can do (scenarist can do much more than is in the guide.. it's the mother of all dvd authoring apps.. both in terms of features and price)
