Hi!
Please clarify - Are you simply trying to start the DVD Shrink program, or is this happening when you load a ripped DVD into DVD Shrink?

Usually it means you have an ARccOS title.
Rip it with RipIt4Me (http://www.ripit4me.org/) and use OPen files to get the ripped files into DVD Shrink.
Thread moved to One clickers.

1) What is the DVD Title and Region?
2) What version of the "RipIt4Me" package did you use?
3) Have you successfully ripped any DVDs before this one, using "RipIt4Me"?

Did you run steps 3b and 4 (the IFO and VOB cleanup)? If not, do so.
If you have run step 3b but not step 4, then run your project thru FixVTS (www.videohelp.com/~FixVTS).
Make sure you are using the latest version (1.7.1.0)
