Power DVD 7.3

I haven´t updated to PowerDVD 7.3 yet.
What difference will it make in Speed,PictureQuality,HD-DVD Movie Compatibility. And the most important: will an VGA (analog) feed monitor produce a FullHD Picture with the new PowerDVD?

BTW: I use PowerDVD 7.2 at the moment.
