sampling of nero aac at low bitrate

I want encoding an anime using nero recode avc...I want use audio(aac)at 40 kbit/s HE but which sampling must I use(32000,44100 or 48000)?thanks

Use maximum possible, because nero automaticly make cutoff at specified frequency independet, cutoff will always been on 16khz bandwith for 40kbps, which mean file have 32000hz, same thing will be for 44 and 48, but in that way you have 22 and 24khz bandwith, but nothing upper than 15-16khz, everything will be cutted off
