I downloaded an PAL movie, but I can't stand to watch it because its just sped up to 25fps, and the sound is rediculous.

Is there a player out there that can handle 720p .mkv that can drop the rate to 23.976 so i can watch it the way it was meant to be?

Or do i have to re-encode it....

What you have to do is read the rules. >( Look up #6 in particular, and the further explanation of it in the newbies forum. Help for downloaded movies isn't given here. If you can prove this is legit contact me by PM.
