RBOpt / DVDRB Menu Encoding / Change Size

Does anyone know if RBOpt is still under development ?

Reason being I would like to use the "Menu Encoding" feature in DVD-Rebuilder, but I can't seem to change the bitrate for Menu's using RBOpt. Sure you can use custom bitrates for VTS Titles etc but not menu's

Any help would really be appreciated

you can change bitrate (after prepare fase), from "Preview/Edit" RB-Pro window.
