Is your machine oc'ed by any chance?
What encoder are you using?

No its not overclocked. Its a normal X2 4400+. Im using CCE 2,67.

Okay, the error means, RB tries to create the m2v file for VTS_15 segment 10 and fails. It retries two times in a row and if it fails the third time encoding will be stopped.

The main reason is overclocking another might be a bad source (ripping problem).

Hmm, is there a possibility to check which *.vob has errors? and to insert some dummy files. Better to have some glitches in the video than not be able to reencode it.

Try re-ripping the DVD with RipIt4Me and then try running DVD-RB again.
