Flask says cannot generate output file

Flask is telling me that it can't generate the output file. I just did a fresh install of Windows XP today and when I get the properties on a folder it's always read only and I can't change it. Would that have anything to do with it? Please help me get around this problem.

I should note that all the settings are correct.

It's been so long since I've used Flask I don't remember the interface:)

However, I've read in the forums that XMPEG has much less bugs and gives a little better output than Flask. Maybe take a look at that and see if it works for you. They have a very similar interface. Sorry I can't help you anymore than that though.
