need some help on removing this.

might be problem with deinterlacing,..

The source is PAL.

I tried to deinterlece little sample, using any of the Field Operations in GK, but ... problem still exist.

Even modified AVS Server Script in GK, adding Dedot ... same.

Looks to me too like deinterlacing was done where it wasn't needed. A sample VOB would be nice to say for sure.

OK, confirmed. That is a progressive clip with no interlacing. Hence there is no need for you to deinterlace it.

Problem solved!

Just unchecked Interlaced Encoing at Profile @ Level...
