hi

Situation: i want to burn mkv and ogm files on to dvd's (NOT make dvd-roms)

Equiptment: toast titanium (versions 6, 7, and 8) - mac - Pioneer X16 dual layer burner(built in to the mac).

Problem: it wont regognise the files.

Question 1: How do i burn these file types to a DVD(which can be played on a dvd player)? Do i have to download a patch or do something special?

Question 2: how do i set up dual-audio and subtitle options on dvd's for mkv and ogm files?

thanks a baunch!

Do you still have the codecs installed that you used to create these files? Toast may not be able to import .ogm, but it should read .mkv. If not, you may have to repackage them in .avi and possibly re-encode the .ogm audio to .mp3 first.

Hi!

Surely "Toast" must have a "data DVD" or equivalent mode - which should allow you to put ANY file format on a DVD...
