i tried another frameserver from sony vegas and it seems the server is giving it 30 % of realtime framerate.....
So am guessing the bottleneck using Dvd-rebuilder might be from avisynth.
1. how do i test this and
2. how to correct it
i am just using default avisynth setting that comes with DVDrebuilder

Maybe I don't understand exactly what you are saying... but AVISYNTH can keep up with many times the real time framerate.

You certainly should get better. My old AMD 3200+ has a 2GHz clock and it getting 2.5 - 2.9x (with CCE) depending upon the source.
Not sure how you'd test it without other tools -- but I can tell you the odds are very small that AVISYNTH is the bottleneck. I guess you can try running the AVS file through VirtualDub and saying "Direct Stream Copy" -- then the action happening other than the decoding would be the write to disc (which will be pretty large -- as it will be full stream audio).

Test it using the Avstimer (http://www.avstimer.de.tf/) filter
