Return to menu after a chapter is done playing

I have a dvd that has three chapters in the menu. Currently when chapter 1 is done it starts playing chapter 2 and then chapter 3. I want to modify this so that after chapter 1 is done, it returns back to the menu. The computer labs at school have PCs with Adobe Encore 2.0 and the Macs have iDVD and popcorn. They have a few other programs that are gear towards DVD editing but I am not sure of the names right now. Could anyone help me get this accomplished? Thanks.

Although I'm not personally familiar with the specific programs you've mentioned (presumably DVD authoring software), the simplest thing to do is change the Chapters to Titles - and link the end of each Title to the menu...

Can you point me in the right direction to a guide that will tell me how to do that? They will allow me to install other apps on these pcs.
