AVI to DVD using Hcenc

I'm converting a PAL (25fps) avi to a NTSC DVD using Hcenc at about 3600 kbits/s and I was wondering what matrix would you recommend I use?

Have a look at DVD Rebuilders Matrix Editor (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=97114). It will give a list of Matrixes and a description of them.

Also, I would be careful about asking what is 'best' in this forum. It is against the rules.
