DivX 3.11 and Xp

When i have installed DivX 3.11 in winXP and after some times when i reinstalled it i got a question if i want to overwrite a new file.Where does this file come from?
And will this file influence my DivX quality?

Can't remember the file it tries to overwrite but I've always overwrote and things worked fine afterwards. Go ahead.

its the mp3 codec. windows comes with a "demo" version of the fraunhofer mp3 codec , divx3.11 replaces it with a full working version. only important if you use this codec for mp3 compression.
