I have uninstalled all other codecs and messed with ffdshow's settings but still have not been able to get it to decode anything. This is not a problem on my friend's computer. Also, XviD itself won't decode the video, so I'm guessing something has taken over the priorities, I just don't know what.
In Media Player Classic the filters list is as follows:
SB Live! Audio [D000]
Video Renderer
Audio Switcher
Color Space Converter
MPEG-1 Audio Decoder
And that's it, no mention of what is decoding anything. Is there any way in MPC to check the filenames of the filters being used? Also, is there a program to clean up old or unused filters that don't get deleted when you uninstall something? Thanks for any help.
