Hey um i downloaded lame the other day and i was trying to create a vbr file 32-180 joint stereo high quality etc. i got all the switches right in dos then i typed it in it started using the old routine then comes up with a message with
FAILED TO INITIALISE. any ideas it worked first time when i was testing it on small wavs to try out the switches and quality settings but now i cant get it to work on anything the small wavs or my movie wavs.
HELP:(
