View Full Version : MeGUI bug report: autoencode doesn't add audio stream

Where can I report a bug in MeGUI?

It consistently happens when I queue up a video to encode via the auto encode and I specify an audio stream that MeGUI doesn't encode/transcode.

I did this from ctrl-3 (auto encode), selected file size/bitrate and checked the box at the bottom of the dialog to add extra streams, pointed to my audio track and queued the jobs. It made 3 jobs as expected: pass1 and pass2 on the video, and a mux job.

Problem is the mux job doesn't actually mux the audio into the video, instead it makes another video file named "video-muxed.mp4" that doesn't contain the audio track. I can go back after-the-fact and add the audio track viz the muxer tool but I would think it should deliver it via the auto encode.

I can provide more details upon request. Also, is this the correct forum to report a bug, and if not where can I do it so that it'll get to the people who can fix it :)
