Hello,
My settings are
VBR Bias: 10
Qual prec: 4
VBR Passes: 5
Is it good?
What is the difference between VBR 10, 20, 16....
Qual prec: 4, 10, 15....
??

5 passes is a lot, and will take a lot of extra time. IMHO it also won't improve the quality any greater than what you'd get with 3 passes.

If you intended to use CCE, even the creators state that anything more than 3 passes is overkill and apart from the dramatic increase in time you won't get much more out of it
But, there are others that swear 6 passes on very high motion films, like Star Wars or LOTR has made a difference to the final output
Possibly due to tweaking the bitrate better with each pass, so squeezing just that little bi extra out, along with tweaking the matrix
Its all down to how much time you are willing to spend
