Please suggest some good matrix for the following ripp :) :
Source : DVD
Resolution(after crop and resize) : 592x256
Length : 1:46:51
Audio : mp3 CBR 160kbps
video: Xvid @ 700MB.
I use VdubMod 1.5.10, dgindex, avisynth, for the video.

I have sharktooth's eqm_v3ulr_rev3.xcm, should I use it. And please tell the detailed xvid settings that will give the best results and any other avisynth filters if needed. :)

I followed the sticky: Oversized/Undersized explanations by jon.schaffer in Xvid section and wow it worked. :) so i think i will have no problems regarding size, Picture Quality is the issue here as my previous experiences with Xvid is not so good. So please suggest some good settings. :)

Even with that information it's still not possible to claim a 'best', because there's still a number of suitable low-bitrate matrices. ULR is probably overkill, LR will probably look better, but that depends a lot on the video's compressibility, which basic statistics can't tell us. You might want to use the enc tool's comp test, as mentioned in the xvid presets thread.

That resolution is so low that you might not notice any difference, and you might easily get significant undersizing with ULR. Did a compressibility test point out that it needed to go that low?
