Unencrypted HD-DVDs

I apologize for asking such a question, however no combination of search terms I could think of was generating a reasonable answer (Yes, I did re-read the entire HD-DVD VUK sticky).

Besides "Nature's Colors", I recall that there was at least one more HD-DVD that was released without AACS protection. Can anyone remind me which one it is?

(I would like this information in order to present a business case to NOT include region protection/encryption in one of the video projects that I contributed to, and that is hopefully going to be releases for public consumption in a forseeable future)

I don't understand why there are not more non-protected discs released, especially on DVD. The CSS licensing costs and macrovision costs are probably quite a large percentage of the price of a budget DVD and the "protection" they offer is a good as useless. So DVDs could be even cheaper if they binned the DRM.
