How do i pass an AVI/WMV from ask Sony vegas/premiere to CCE ??

Indeed. Don't bother with intermediate AVIs, Premiere is pretty retarded when you deal with 3rd party codecs. Just use the frameserver to make a "fake" avi, and load that into CCE or HC or whatever.
