I try to run powerdvd 7.2 and im assuming my computer is not fast enough because the movie stutters quite a bit. I was wondering if there is any way to put a backup onto a blank dvd or a dvd DL? Or if there is any other method to playing my HD movie backups. I have a Compaq Presario SR1954NX with an Athlon 64 3700+ 2.2 GHz

Welcome to Doom9 - this has nothing to do with Decrypting and everything to do with playback. Thread moved.

PowerDVD isn't a fast player. You have to take into account the codecs and the resolution of the video too. 1080p videos are really heavy, and if you don't have the right decoders with the right player, you'll see a lot of stutter even with you A64 running at 2.2 GHz.

Can you tell us the resolution and the codec of the video? Have you tried with other player?
