Hi folks,

I have searched different posts and forums and I did not see an answer to my problem ...

FYI, I am running windows XP and re-installed the AutoGK 2.40 Stable version ... however, I run it off of an external Hard Drive ...

Every time it runs thru it's thing ... However, it DOES NOT create a Video ... just Audio and therefore there is no Final AVI product.

I am using a portion of a DVD that I have ... just a Clip for the testing purposes so I am not waiting for hours on the encoding.

I am attaching my "Logfile" may be someone can shed a light.

THANKS,
G!

Hi,

See the FAQ n° 6.8 as you get an exception "Range check error"

In short, you will have to do clean un-installs for different apps and codecs and clean re-installs after.

Other tips:
- use the last Vob as input, do not interfere with AGK internals, and choose a quality 1pass to make your tests. Once all is working fine you will be able to go 2 pass.
- Keep things simple 1 Vob, 1 audio ( or even no audio), no subtitles to track your problem

If still no good on this particular config it may be your windows install the culprit ... if so you could need to make a complete system re-install.
