Trouble with burned DVD not playing due to region erro

Ok, so I've got The Last of the Mohicans which I successfully burned to a DVD, but it will not play on any of my dvd players except my computer, due to a region error. I have a bunch of .ifo, .vob and .bup files. I burnt them the first time using Nero.

When analyzing the files with DVD Decryptor, it shows that the files are Region 1, with no RCE protection.

I tried ripping this burnt copy with DVD Decryptor and then reburning with Decryptor as well, but I get the same problem.

I've tried searching these forums, but have been unable to find something addressing this specific problem. I do not have the original dvd, I just have the ifo vob and bup files. What program(s) do I need to be able to burn these files to a dvd and allow it to run on my players (I'm in the U.S.)?

Yes, whatever you have, it's probably corrupted. Might as well get an original.
