Encoding individual PGC's and not the whole VOBset

I want to be able to encode individual episodes in TV series from VOBsets - I open the .IFO file, choose the first PGC at say 22 minutes, decide on all the settings, and press encode. Only problem is, it encodes the entire VOBset instead of just the episode, which isn't particularly useful...

What to do?
