Since a few hours I'm the proud owner of a HD DVD ROM.
Something really bugs me though.. regardless of whether I activate AnyDVD HD or not, and regardless of whether I play a ripped EVOB or the disc directly from the drive, the video is always 960x540 - which is the max resolution you get when ICT is active.
I thought nowadays most HD DVD discs wouldn't use ICT, and regardless, with a ripped EVOB you shouldn't have to deal with that particular nastyness.
Is anybody else having this particular issue (it happens in both WinDVD 8 and PowerDVD 7.2)?
