I'm having a problem with transcoding a two-channel ac3-file using megui. I've tried checking/repairing it with delaycut, besplit and ac3fix, but all is fine according to those programs. There's one little area a few seconds from the end in the file that causes megui to quit, and using delaycut I've cut that part out if someone would like to take a look at it. (4 sec, 85k - megui_problem.ac3.zip (http://www.mytempdir.com/1238553))
I used dvd decrypter to rip one episode (one pgc) of a dvd with many episodes, and the problem track is the director's comments. The main 5.1 track encodes fine. I demuxed with megui/dgindex 1.4.8.
The error message is "MeGUI.AviSynthException: m2AudioAC3Source: error in file "C:\DVD\VIDEO_TS\megui_problem.ac3"
at MeGUI.AviSynthAudioEncoder.encode()
Using besweet it's no problem converting, and trying with foobar2k all samples can be read. So I can convert it, but I would very much want to know what the problem is. Can it be fixed, or should megui be capable of handling it?
